Compensation Benefits
Lewis Glasser offers its attorneys a compensation and benefits package that is competitive with law firms throughout West Virginia. An attorney’s compensation is commensurate with the attorney’s experience, ability and potential to make a meaningful contribution to the firm in terms of client development, service and retention.
In addition to salary, the firm provides its attorneys with the following benefits:

- a budget of $2,400 for continuing legal education during every reporting period. An attorney may use the CLE budget for whatever CLE-related costs the attorney deems appropriate, whether seminar tuition, travel and entertainment costs, or any other item related to CLE
