An attorneys compensation is commensurate with the attorneys experience, ability and potential to make a meaningful contribution to the firm in terms of client development, service and retention.
In addition to salary, the firm provides its attorneys with the following benefits:

- A budget of $2,400 for continuing legal education during every reporting period. An attorney may use the CLE budget for whatever CLE-related costs the attorney deems appropriate, whether seminar tuition, travel and entertainment costs, or any other item related to CLE.
