Sang Ah Koh is an associate and her practice focuses on litigation, immigration law, and commercial transactions.
Ms. Koh obtained her law degree in 2008 from West Virginia University College of Law and her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the prestigious Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea. She also attended State University of New York, Stony Brook, as an exchange student. Ms. Koh was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and is therefore fluent in Korean and English. She has assisted numerous Koreans in South Korea and the U.S. and has negotiated cross-border transactions with Korean companies. Ms. Koh has also provided seminars on immigration law, particularly compliance issues for U.S. employers when hiring foreign workers.
Ms. Koh was admitted to the West Virginia Bar in 2008. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. She is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Prior to joining Lewis Glasser Casey & Rollins, PLLC, Ms. Koh was an associate attorney at Bailey & Wyant, PLLC in Charleston, West Virginia, and was a summer clerk for Honorable Judge Duke Bloom at the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia.
